Why are there some options I cannot edit after completing my registration?

If you have selected choices in your event registration form and when you proceed to edit your registration form after confirmation, you may see that some choices are not available to be edited (options will display as 'greyed out'). This may be due to availability of a registration option expiring (eg a bookable session or a room selection may have sold out) or may the option may have been set to be 'non-editable' by your event administrator.

Please contact your event administrator directly if you require any registration changes to be made and you are unable to make them yourself.
