What does the '?' do in my event admin areas?

The '?' displayed at the bottom right of all your admin areas once logged in is our 'Help & Support' beacon. By clicking on this, you will be able to get instant answers to common queries about using the application and you can also send us a message if you're really stuck!


Getting 'Instant Answers'

When you first click on the Help & Support beacon, you will see the 'Instant Answers' area. Simply type your query into the box provided, hit return and then click on the relevant article that covers what you're looking for. There can be multiple articles available to you at one time, so just scroll through the list until you find what you're looking for. 

If you're struggling to view the article, the articles displayed in our beacon are taken directly from our Knowledge Base, which can be accessed by hovering on your 'Settings' menu and selecting the Knowledge Base option.
