Can I cancel my registration?
As an attendee, you may need to cancel your registration for an event at some point. To cancel your registration, simply follow the steps below.
Note: not all events allow you to 'self-cancel' registrations, if you do not see the 'Cancel Registration' option when following the steps below, you will need to contact your event administrator directly for a cancellation to be performed.
Step 1:
Go to your event site and login by selecting the 'Already Registered?' option at the top right of the page and then enter your login credentials.
Step 2:
When successfully logged in, click on the menu at the top right of the page and select 'View Registration':

Step 3:
You should now be on a page showing your current registration - click on the 'Cancel Registration' option displayed on the sidebar to the left of the page:

Step 4:
You will now receive a prompt to confirm that you wish to continue with cancelling your registration - select 'Ok' if you wish to proceed.
Step 5:
If you selected to proceed, you will now see a registration cancellation page displayed, confirming that your registration has been successfully cancelled:

Can I re-register with the same event after canceling?
Yes - if you choose to cancel your registration or an event administrator has canceled your registration for you, you can re-register with the same event (you can even use the same email address). However, this will require your event administrator to either restore or delete your previous registration - please contact your event administrator if you wish to re-register with the event!
If your registration has been already been deleted, you will need to complete the registration form again in full to re-register, however, if the registration has been restored then all previous registration information submitted will be available to you again.
