Can I cancel my registration?

As an attendee, you may need to cancel your registration to an event at some point. This can easily be done by logging into your event, or if you are already logged in you can select to 'View Registration' from the options You will receive an email confirming your registration

Once your form has been successfully submitted, you will be able to view everything you have entered on your registration form. At this point, it is a good opportunity to review your information to ensure that all is correct - if not, don’t worry, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select the ‘edit registration’ button. This will take you back to the registration form as it was before you submitted it, and you can change your information here and re-submit when ready. You can also begin editing your registration by opening your user menu at the top of the page (by clicking on your name).

When you are happy that the form is correct and that it has been successfully submitted, you can either log out (this option is found underneath your name) or return to the event microsite. To return to the microsite, click on the 'Home' text displayed at the top of the page. You can also print the registration details or add the event to your calendar.

The option to cancel registration is on the left-hand side of the page.

Can I re-register with the same event after canceling?

Yes - if you choose to cancel your registration or an event Admin has canceled your registration for you, you can re-register with the same event (you can even use the same email address). Even though you've had a registration canceled, any login credentials for the event you created will still work, but you will need to complete the registration form again in full to re-register.
