I've registered for an event before in getregistered - why do I need to create a new login?

If the event you are registering for has been set to a specific configuration by an Admin, you will be required to create new login credentials for that specific event with a new password. If this condition is in place, you will not be able to create a registration for this event using the login details you have used before to register for another event. Because each event has a unique microsite you can use the same email address to register for new events but your details will not be saved from previous registrations.


However, creating new credentials for this event will not affect your ability to use your old credentials for registering with events that do accept them, or to amend registrations that you have previously created with those credentials.
