How do I know when registrations have ended for my event?

As an Attendee, when you receive an email invite to register at an event, registrations should be open. However, if an Admin User chooses to delay or close the event registrations, this will be indicated in the ‘Start Registration’ area when interacting with the event site. You will be informed that either registration has ended, or that the event is not taking registrations yet.

If you need further assistance or information, please contact your event administrator. In some cases, the event administrator may have added a support email for attendees, which can be accessed by clicking on the 'Email Event Support' option at the bottom of the event site page.

Why is the Start Registration page showing an 'This Event Is At Capacity' message?

If you enter the 'Start Registration' page and see an 'This Event Is At Capacity' message, this means that all event tickets have been reserved/purchased and is essentially 'sold out'.

This message will remain in place until either:

  • A confirmed attendee cancels their registration (therefore freeing up ticket capacity)
  • Ticket capacity for the event is increased by your event administrator
  • Registration closes (therefore closing registration completely)
