Interacting with your 'Attendee Profile' area

What is an 'Attendee Profile'?

Your 'Attendee Profile' is an area available just to you, and allows you to quickly view and access events that you have previously registered for. This makes it a lot easier for you to make quick changes to your registrations (especially if you are registered to multiple events) with the ability to return to your 'Attendee Profile' area at any time.

How do I access my 'Attendee Profile'?

Accessing your 'Attendee Profile' area is as easy as clicking on your name (displayed on the header of the event microsite) and clicking the 'Attendee Profile' text on the drop-down menu. This option will be available to you at all times as long as you are logged in to an event microsite.

I can't see some of my events in my 'Attendee Profile' - why is this?

Where an event has been removed:

When an event that you have registered for is deleted or archived by an administrator, it will no longer be displayed in your 'Attendee Profile' area.

Where an event is set to 'Per Event' password required:

NOTE: WHERE YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR A PER EVENT PASSWORD EVENT, YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS YOUR REGISTRATION BY FOLLOWING THE LINK PROVIDED TO YOU IN YOUR INVITATION/CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you were asked to create a new password when registering for an event (and you had already done this previously when registering for another event), when you access your 'Attendee Profile' area following registration you will only see a single event displayed - this is because you have just registered for an event that has been set to request a password that only applies to that event (known in getregistered® as a 'per event password scoped event'). You can still access other events you have registered for by logging out and re-entering your previous login credentials on the login page. We advise that where asked to create a new password for an event of this type that you do not use the same password as your 'global' collection of events.
